final summary
Hi readers this is time to reflect on how this experiment was for me and I feel that it was a success. My goal was to destroy the myths about video games and what it means for people. I feel that the goal was completed and think that it is time to close this project and move on with the knowledge. I felt that I needed more but after some thoughts on the topic, less is more. I started the blogging to get some awareness but I fell that not many people read it so in that regard I failed, even though I finished. I learned a lot about the brain and can now use this in my everyday life and how much to play and to know when to stop. If I would do something differently it would be to publicize it more. I learned the meaning of cause and effect and want to put it to use into my life. Sadly this may be my last post and if it is thank you for reading!

More Focus on the Cons
Cons
On this post we will sadly discuss the bad effects of video games. Many things we try to rebuff from the bad still are bad things. Here are some bad effects:
- Addiction
- Insomnia
- Stress
- Isolation
- Obesity
- Time management
- Unfocused real life
A lot of bad things come out of playing video games. Addiction is a really big problem and is on America's disorder watch list, due to changed behavior and inactivity. A lot of stress can also be from others who can be better or bully from lack of skill. One thing that can happen is isolation from not interacting with others and only playing games, in fact 3% of gamers are isolated, and even if the percent seems small, but there are a lot gamers. A lot of games are also very time consuming and makes a lot of conflicts in schedules.

More Focus on the Pros
Pros
On this post I'm going to be focusing on the pros (not MLG) but the good attributes to playing video games!!! Some things just get better and better like:
- Hand to eye coordination
- Reaction speed
- Pattern Recognition
- Teamwork
- Increased Attention
- Higher Perception
- Enhances Memory
- Reading Skills
A lot of these things come out of playing games. And people actually can learn things in them. An example is that kids that play Minecraft they learn about minerals in the earth or if they play Hearthstone they learn strategy. Many things like teamwork are exercised in co-op games like Portal and every RPG that has ever existed. They also improve Also in one study showed that they may curb cravings or other addictions. It is also said that they can improve IQ or brain function. It is also said to help reading skills. In fact a lot of talk in school is game and game tip related. It was also proven that some fast paced action games can help with accuracy and speed in reading and can help kids with dyslexia read better.
These are some of the pros and next will be the cons! thanks for reading!!!

Status Update 2.0
Hey Guys just wanted to check in and say how I think I am doing. I think things are going pretty well but for myself would like to have more posts. I think that my posts are the quality of writing I want but I should include some pictures or imbedd a video. I want to add some more visuals and get more posts out there so I am working on one right now. I think that it is sad the other post has not been posted should be done an it is not. I think even at this rate I will reach my goal, but I want to add to my goal so that it can be more. I think If I were to evaluate myself I would give myself a 82% because I have things but they are not the best they can be and there needs to be a bit more. Thanks for reading and put in the comments if you agree or disagree with my self grading!!

I had have some problems with time management and promise to do better. Also I will put a link here to my POST and it has a lot to say about how you are effected. I learned that working on this is seeing how I can put some limits on myself and find some moderation. Also If you like games you can check out my other BLOG to see if you can get some tips and if you want to write for it we need some editors, so email me.

Some Pros and Cons
Some Background:
For many years video games have been proven to help and hurt the people who play them. It is shown that it helped in many ways but can have serious side effects. As a gamer myself I experience some of these effects and hope to help you understand like many things, most of the negative side effects can be avoided by playing in moderation. Here are some of the things that I have learned.
Pros:
I'm sure many people who don't play see all of the bad but don't see any benefits, buy I am here to tell you that there are in fact many benefits in playing games that exist. Some of the benefits would be increased hand-eye coordination, reaction speed, teamwork, increased perception, attention, and cognition. Also it was shown in a study that with longer term gamers' comprehension and puzzle skills are higher than the average non-gamer. Also pattern recognition increases, making a higher understanding in math. Many puzzle games help people help understand and reach higher understanding in connecting one thing to another, making a student such as myself see how my studies apply in the real world. Also it is proven that video games make it less likely for one to be aggressive if they play violent video games.
Cons:
Sadly video games are not only good for you and have some very serious negative effects. A major one is that it adds to the obesity epidemic in the US, where I live. It also makes teens less active and more likely to get heart disease, due to lack of exercise. This would not be a problem if we only played about 3-5 hours every week, but sadly video game addiction is very common. The average for someone to play games when they are older than 13 is 6.3 hours a week. It also was recently added to the list of disorders in the US. Sadly this is only getting worse due to younger generations getting their hands on video games and having no self control. In fact families are not as close to each other as they were 20 years ago. Usually parents would spend time with their kids but are now more likely to just put them in front of a screen.
Tune in next week for my next report!!

A Beggining
What is 20 Time?
20 time is a time to produce something we want to make with deadlines we set and no expectations from everyone buy yourself. It is a time to explore what you want to know and the only drive is your continence. It is what you want the world to know and what you want to show to the world what you want to know. And this is a blog of what I want you and me want to know: How do Video Games Effect Your Brain?
In this project I will uncover the truth and determine fact from fiction to find out what is the truth of how we are affected with what many parents say is the "biggest epidemic of the 21st century". I want to show people what is behind all the veil of myth and find the true facts, and the answer.
My goal is for that anyone that reads this takes away the truth and nothing but the truth. This I believe is the most powerful form of knowledge and facts is the way to at least a truth, based on the understanding of reason.
I will measure success in how many people I reach and touch with the truth of the matter and by how many people read this. I believe the more that know, the more that can see rightly. And I plan to make the truth no bigger than myths but uncover the true size of the facts. I only hope that this can affect the veil of reality in some and spark the interests in some and initiatives in others.
